CEO and Founder Sheila Hernandez cut her teeth in the direct sales industry four years ago in one of the hardest economic hardships of the century. She entered the sales game during the COVID-19 pandemic, and has been fueled by her desire to excel, despite the challenges around her, ever since. She founded Legado Consulting Group to service our Fortune 500 clients in the San Diego region. Her greatest desire is to leave behind a legacy that grants greater opportunities to her team and anyone else who shares her resilience. When she’s not guiding our business, you can probably find her undertaking the 75 Hard Challenge.
Kaitlyn (Kait) Hopkins is a fundamental core of Legado Consulting Group as our operations manager. She ensures that all the behind the scenes of our business are perfected through her hard work and keen eye. She oversees Legado’s processes to maximize our results, and is the organizational mind behind each of our endeavors. Originally from Orange County, she’s currently a student at San Diego State University pursuing a degree in business administration. In her free time, she enjoys the beach, listening to Madison Beer, making Taco Tuesday a daily experience, and watching the Angels play ball.
Originally a sales representative serving the Orange County region, Bryan is now our senior account manager who focuses on fostering the development of our team and maintaining client relations. A former student of Santa Monica College and a Manila, Philippines native, Bryan’s favorite part of working at Legado Consulting Group is combining those two elements of his life into one. By merging his business expertise from his studies with his passion for meeting people around the world, he’s able to foster a community within our team and with our customers that is unmatched in the San Diego market.
Legado’s Senior Leadership position is captained by Samson Seiler, our resident gym and basketball enthusiast whose dedication to consistency and results is a driving factor of our business’ continued growth and expansion. He hopes his legacy within this industry is one of commitment to excellence and advancing opportunities for others. When he’s not delivering quality results for our clients, doing reps in the gym, or obsessing over the Warriors, Samson is usually watching the latest action movie on the big screen.
